For the adjustment of its new cinematographic complex in Tournai, the Imagix group took much care of the architecture. The unit was lengthily thought of in order to accommodate the best way possible the film enthusiasts of West Hainaut.
The complex is made of 10 projection rooms, shops and a reception point.
The construction has been built thinking of quality and modernity (concrete veils, continuing quarterdecks). It is not a coincidence that one of the leading products of the Belgian Blue Stone caves, the Pavé Patrimoine, finds there a very important place.
Indeed, this small paving stone is used there in great quantity both inside (hall of reception) and outside (accesses and esplanade). With repeated cleanings, the paving stones located inside obtained a beautiful patina typical of the Belgian Bleu Stone.
This project, inaugurated in 2005, confirms the quality of this product and makes it possible to say that this small size can be adapted to great projects!
